The Great Whiskey Tasting Competition

The Great Whiskey Competition is back for the fifth year. Taste 10 types of whiskey and vote for your favorites. Entrees include Irish whiskey, single malt scotches from Scotland, bourbon from the United States and other international entrees. National pride will be on the line in this friendly & fun competition.

Whiskey Tasting will be in the Sierra Building, so you can enjoy music from the Guinness Stage while you sip. Taking a break between samples to enjoy the faire is encouraged and voting cards will be kept in the tasting room. Based on completed tasting forms, a Leader Board will display the highest rated whiskeys throughout the festival.
